Biaritz Summer 2007

 

Surfer's Paradise! It was so much fun! We were actually staying in Seignosse, but Hossegor and Biarritz were just a view miles down the coast. My brother and I took a surf-course for a week, which was not at all difficult, as soon as you got the hang of it!

Arosa 2008

 

About the fivth time I've been to Arosa. With wonderful snow and weather, it was a good holiday in december/january.

Normandy, The D-Day beaches!
Wow, i've just never seen anything like it! It's so beautiful and atmospheric you can almost smell the war... Of course you need to have seen The Longest Day or Savin' Private Ryan to get an overview.

I was there in the Spring Holydays of 2007 and it was great fun! Everywere there are Bunkers and cannon emplacements along the coast. At Point du Hoc I really was astonished! There were so many craters of bomb shellings, you could have played a perfect game of paintball! It may have sounded like fun, but believe me, it wasn't. I said before, one could smell the war, and that's how it was.

Portsmouth 2007

Portsmouth is on the south coast of England facing France. I've taken a few pictures of the lovely Spinnaker Tower. The harbour around it is great and has a very modern style about it.

Arosa 2006/07

This year me and my family went to Arosa near Chur. The town is about 1800 metres high, so you have great skiing or boarding there. I've taken pictures and videos from the pists etc.
